The Mesa Arts Center will supply personal and transactional information to agents that contract with the Mesa Arts Center to rent the venue and present programs, as transactions made for such events are enacted on their behalf via the Mesa Arts Center box office.

The Mesa Arts Center may trade visitor mailing information, only to chosen third party arts entities and/or facilities including renters and promoters that use the Mesa Arts Center, but not to any other company or organization.
